Etymology
From 三色チーズ牛丼 (sanshoku chīzu gyūdon, “Gyudon with 3 Cheeses”), dish that is provided by Japanese gyudon-restaurant chain すき家 (sukiya). The drawing that a man is ordering it got the attention in late 2019 or early 2020.[1]
