扇(②搧) [shān] 动

1. ■ （摇动扇子等使空气流动） fan:

把苍蝇从食物上扇走 fan the flies from the food;

扇火 fan a fire;

扇扇子 fan oneself; use a fan;

2. ■ （用手掌打） strike with the palm of the hand; slap:
