驶 [shǐ] 动

1. ■ （飞快地跑） (of a vehicle, etc.) speed:

疾驶而过 speed by; fly past;

小船破浪疾驶。 The boat sped across the waves.

2. ■ （开动） sail; drive:

从香港驶往大连 sail from Hongkong to Dalian;

驶进港口 sail into the harbour;

火车驶出车站。 The train pulled out of the station.

我们离港驶往太平洋。 We sailed out of the harbour toward the Pacific.
