  1. One who is broken, or with whom a relationship is broken.
    • 2001, Jeff Wise, The Universal Dating Regulations and Bylaws, p. 177:
      A breaker must inform the breakee of the dissolution of the MAD relationship directly and face-to-face, unless the grounds for the breakup is terminal noncompliance such as neglect or infidelity.
