There are two declensions attested, one u-stem paradigm from Ancient Greek Ἰάκωβος (Iákōbos), the other from Ἰακώβ (Iakṓb). The u-stem paradigm is more common in general; the other paradigm is mostly used when referring to the Old Testament patriarch (although it is also sometimes used to refer to James).
