Etymology

From a budget of the Council of Agriculture in 2019 which authorized NT$14.5 million to be spend on online public relation service, in which opposition Kuomintang politicians accused that the Democratic Progressive Party administration was recruiting Internet trolls for themselves.[1]

     At the beginning of April, because the Democratic Progressive Party trolls were deliberately using derogatory terms like "Wuhan pneumonia", a politician in Taipei carried out an opinion poll on Facebook, accumulating about 7,000 Taiwanese participating netizens in just 2 hours, with 86% of them saying that "the '1450's are braindead".
