ὀλός
See also: όλος and ὅλος
Ancient Greek
Etymology
Unclear. A cross between θολός (tholós, “ink of the cuttlefish”) and ὀρός (orós, “whey”), as assumed by Frisk, is improbable. A Pre-Greek word is possible.
