- Section 212 Anyone who: (1) procures a place of meeting or place of residence for a secret society or criminal association; (2) persuades persons to become members of a secret society or members of a criminal association; (3) supports a secret society or criminal association by giving Things or by other means; or (4) helps disposing of Things which a secret society or criminal association has obtained through the commission of an offence; shall be liable to the same punishment as a person committing an offence of forming a secret society or criminal association, as the case may be.
