Derived from Sanskrit अक्षोभ्य (akṣobhya). Structurally, from Bahuvrīhi compound of অ- (ô-) + ক্ষোভ্য (khobbhô), or, by Bengali prefixation of অ- (ô-) + ক্ষোভ্য (khobbhô), or alternatively, by Bengali suffixation of অক্ষোভ (ôkkhobh) + -য (-ĵô).
