- 609–632 CE, Qur'an, 37:8:
- لَا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى الْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍ
- lā yassammaʿūna ʾilā l-malaʾi l-ʾaʿlā wa-yuqḏafūna min kulli jānibin
- So they may not listen to the exalted assembly and are pelted from every side
