1. (And) (she/it) opened: third-person feminine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of פָּתַח‎ (patách).
   • Exodus 2:6, with translation of the Darby Bible:

     וַתִּפְתַּח וַתִּרְאֵהוּ אֶת הַיֶּלֶד

     And she opened [it], and saw the child
