וַיַּרְא • (vayár)

1. (And) (he/it) saw: third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of רָאָה‎ (raá).

     וַיֵּצֵא אֶל אֶחָיו וַיַּרְא בְּסִבְלֹתָם
