1. (And) (he/it) came: third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of בָּא‎ (ba).
   • Exodus 3:1, with translation of the King James Version:

     וַיִּנְהַג אֶת הַצֹּאן אַחַר הַמִּדְבָּר וַיָּבֹא אֶל הַר הָאֱלֹהִים

     vayinhág et hatsón achár hamidbár vayavó el har haelohím

     and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God
