From Slavic, primarily Russian -чик (-čik) and Polish -czyk and thence Yiddish ־טשיק (-tshik).
Suffix

- בָּחוּר (bakhúr, “young man, guy”) + ־צ׳יק → בָּחוּרְצִ׳יק (bakhúr'chik, “boy, lad”)
