սատփիլ
Old Armenian
Etymology
Unknown. Found only in a medieval Arabic–Armenian botanical dictionary. Both the Arabic term and its Armenian translation are unclear. Greppin tentatively identifies the Arabic with أَسْقْلِيفِيَاس (ʾasqlīfiyās) (Ancient Greek ἀσκληπιάς (asklēpiás))[1] and the Armenian with սատիլ (satil).
