- 5th century, John Chrysostom, Commentary on Matthew , (1826 edition, vol. I, page 377):
- նաև զփայտ և զքար այնպէս կրեն սայլիւք կամ յոպնակօք
- naew zpʿayt ew zkʿar aynpēs kren sayliwkʿ kam yopnakōkʿ
- նաև զփայտ և զքար այնպէս կրեն սայլիւք կամ յոպնակօք
Usage notes
A hapax legomenon, found only in Chrysostom. The Greek original does not have the equivalent of յոպնակ (yopnak) in this passage.
