来者不善， 善者不来 [lái zhě bú shàn shàn zhě bù lái]

1. ■ The one who is coming surely has bad intentions; with good intent (he) would not come.; He who has come comes with ill intent and is certainly not on virtue bent.; He who has come is surely strong or he'd never have come along.; Those who have come are not friendly; those who are friendly have not come.
