A semi-calque of Turkish (Ottoman Turkish?) yaşayış "being, way of life":the first component йәшә- is translation (and cognate) of Turkish yaşa- "to live", while the second is borrowed "as is" and cannot be reestablished or reinterpreted in Bashkir.
