- φυγή (phugḗ, “flight”) + -δε (-de) → φύγᾰδε (phúgade, “to flight”)
- Added to demonstratives to form proximal demonstratives
- ὁ (ho, “the”) + -δε (-de) → ὅδε (hóde, “this here”)
Usage notes
When following -ς, the resulting -σδε may be respelled -ζε.
