Usage notes
- Tại is not frequently used in colloquial Vietnamese with the sense "at; in; on". It's only often utilized to somewhat emphasize the place mentioned in the sentence.
- Lấy giấy báo tại trường nha.
- You go get the notice at school [not anywhere else].
- Tại can be used instead of ở before specific adverbials of place, similarly to the English at.
