tripfag (plural tripfags)
- (Internet slang, derogatory) A person who uses a tripcode to make their posts identifiable on a generally anonymous online community such as 4chan.

- The original pic showed up on /toy/ on 4chan, which is generally anonymous (excepting tripfags) so the likelihood of it even being the same original poster is likely nil.
