      As the show suggests, the center of gravity today has shifted from North America and Europe to Asia and the Middle East, where supertalls are rising at a frenetic pace.
  2. (architecture) A building between 300m and 600m tall, approximately 1000ft to 2000ft tall. A tall building taller than a plain tall but shorter than a megatall.

Usage notes

The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat uses this term to denote any building whose height exceeds 984 feet (300 metres).
