充其量 [chōng qí liàng]

1. ■ （至多） at most; at best; at the maximum; at the (very) outside:

充其量不过20个人。 There were twenty people at the (very) outside.

今天下午我们充其量只能完成一半。 We can only finish half of it this afternoon at best.

这点给养充其量只够维持三天。 The provisions can last three days at most.
