sequential continuity (uncountable)

1. (mathematical analysis) The property of a function ${\\displaystyle f}$ between metric spaces, that given a convergent sequence ${\\displaystyle x_{n}\\rightarrow x^{*}}$, then ${\\displaystyle f(x_{n})\\rightarrow f(x^{*})}$, i.e. the property of a function that it preserves sequential convergence.
