仗势欺人 [zhàng shì qī rén]

他们仗势欺人， 引起群众强烈的不满。 They abused their power and bullied the people, thus arousing intense discontent among the masses.

别仗势欺人，你这一套对我行不通。 Don't try to throw weight around. It won't work with me.
