Derived from *-tъ appended to u-stems *-ъ, ultimately from Proto-Indo-European *-tós.

- Synonyms: *-pъ, *-kъ, *-skъ, *-otъ
- *rъpъtъ (“growl, mumber”) ← probably *řuti (“to cry, to roar”) + *-pъ
- *šьpъtъ (“whisper”) ← probably *šiti (“to sew”) + *-pъ
- *tъpъtъ (“trample, footfall”) ← *tupati (“to bounce, to beat”)
- *čęхъtъ (“convulsion, spasm”) ← *čęхnǫti (“to cringe, to languish”)
