Reconstruction notes

According to Illich-Svitych, the barytone accent paradigm is represented in a number of monuments of Prussian Lithuania: In the Grammatica Lituanica of 1653, in the Gesangbuch of 1685, in the Gebetbüchlein of 1685, in the New Testament of 1701, in the German-Lithuanian Dictionary by Philipp Ruhig of 1747. In later editions, forms with a mobile accent paradigm are attested: In the New Testament of 1735, in the Bible of 1735/55. A mobile accent paradigm is generalized for dialects and in the literary Lithuanian language.
