Etymology
Rhyme, literally "a crow won't beat an eagle". A reference to Military Council of National Salvation, a military junta that ruled during the period of martial law in Poland, the initialism of which (WRON) was very similar to wrona (“crow”), and the Polish coat of arms, a white eagle.
