I want to go to the toilet

Although it may imply the question "Where might I find the toilet?" it is more polite to ask the question than (in most adult social settings) to bluntly say you need to go, and there are more polite ways of phrasing that need, with variations depending on the situation (e.g. in a moving car, "I'd like to take a toilet-stop, if that is convenient").

Arabic: أُرِيد اَلذِّهَاب إِلَى اَلْمِرْحَاض‎ (ʾurīd aḏ-ḏihāb ʾilā l-mirḥāḍ)
Chinese:
Mandarin: 我想上廁所, 我想上厕所 (wǒ xiǎng shàng cèsuǒ)
Czech: chci jít na záchod
Dutch: ik moet naar het toilet, ik moet naar de wc
Finnish: haluan mennä vessaan
French: j’ai envie d’aller aux toilettes
Galician: quero ir ao baño
German: ich muß zur Toilette gehen
Hungarian: vécére kell mennem, ki kell mennem a vécére, ki kell mennem, használhatom a mellékhelyiséget?, használhatom a mosdót?
Italian: ho bisogno di andare al gabinetto
Japanese: トイレに行きたいです (toire ni ikitai desu)
