- A form of Yoruba oral poetry performed at funerals of elderly women, commonly peformed among the Ọ̀yọ́ Yoruba, and specifically by the head, or alágbaa, of a family worshipping the ọ̀jẹ̀ class of egúngún. The burial rite is performed on the third day after the deceased elder has died and is performed for a full day.
