      Thanks for sharing the info. We are actually (finally!) on our way to eastern TN and will be property hunting with a vengeance in the Knox/Oak Ridge/Kingston areas. If you know of some way cool horseable/tillable property that might come on the market for less than a half mil, feel free to pass the word.
