Usage notes

Both henkilökohtaisesti and persoonallisesti may be translated as "personally" into English. The difference is that personallisesti refers to one's external habitus or way of doing things, and henkilökohtaisesti refers to one's feelings or opinions. Only henkilökohtaisesti may have the sense "in person".
