  1. A haemorrhoid; an affliction mentioned in the Bible usually interpreted as a haemorrhoid.

      But the hand of the Lord was heauy upon them of Aſhdod, and he deſtroyed them, and ſmote them with *Emerods, even Aſhdod, and the coaſtes thereof.
