Uncertain first and second element. The first element is equivalent to either English koog or cog due to its geographical position at a mudflat or on an elevation, respectively, the second part looks equivalent to German Hafen but can also be Hof or even Hag in a form like Gellershagen (an informal subdistrict of Bielefeld).
